I would like to fly a private airplane and to fly cars for Uber.
I have had an introductory lesson with Proteus Air Services at SMO. It was grand. I would like to fly propeller-driven airplanes only, no jets.
The Jeppesen online Private Pilot 61 course is my next step. It is convenient, especially now that Flash runs on Google Chrome.
I also have the Jeppesen Guided Flight Discovery Private Pilot Handbook textbook. This is similar to the online course with the same images inside, but there are some details in the book which are not in the online course, or which I have missed from the online course.
I am not sure of all of the requirements for licensure, and for the requirements to carry passengers for pay. Or even cargo for pay. When I find out, I will post a checklist of some sort here.
